- Senior Final Exams: 4A on Monday, May 18; 4B on Tuesday, May 19; Period 3 on Thursday, May 21
- Independent Reading/Senior Seminar (200 pts.)--finish student choice of approved novel/play for Themes in Literature and Life & Modern Narrative Technique Unit: groups present Informal Book Talks to the entire class--Period 3 on Monday, May 18; 4A on Wednesday, May 20; 4B on Thursday, May 21
- Senior Reflections Essay (200 pts.)--2 to 3 typed, double spaced pages due; introspective, original, and creative--Period 3 on Monday, May 18; 4A on Wednesday, May 20; 4B on Tuesday, May 19
English 12 Honors~Period 2~Literary Analysis of British and American Literature, Application of the Reading Apprenticeship Model, Collegiate Writing with 6+1 Writing Traits, Creative Writing, Vocabulary Study, Preparation for the SAT and the AP English Language and Composition Exam, and MLA Research- HSA schedule this week: Period 2 meets on Tuesday and Thursday only (85 minute classes)
